PotWhole is a specially formulated blend of aggregates, binders and latex designed to prepare a fast acting long lasting repair for potholes in asphalt roads. PotWhole comes in a three part mix design, aggregate, cement and polymer. It provides a cost effective, simple and permanent solution to a variety of road repair applications, including, but not limited to, potholes, utility cuts, joint repairs, outer edge repairs, surface patches (level/course), and small overlays. It has been tested and approved for abrasion resistance and water resistance. Similar in appearance to asphalt and has better performance than hot or cold mix asphalt retaining an excellent workability. PotWhole has been tested for abrasion and water resistance. The results show that the product could last up to 10 years if applied correctly. PotWhole requires no compaction when applied and can be opened to traffic after 60 minutes, making it perfect for those inevitable throw and go situations. Pour the dry material into a concrete mixer or large bucket. Add the contents of the container of supplied liquid and mix well using the rotation of the concrete mixer or a electric hand drill mixer. Pour the wet mix into the hole and trowel level with the surrounding hard surface. The material should be trowelled level with the surrounding hard surface. No tamping was required due to a solid base which was primed. Pothole filled after 6 minutes and ready for traffic after being left to cure for 60 minutes. The material can carry heavy loads without failing.
