VOA is involved in the design, rehabilitation and maintenance of roads, stormwater infrastructure, and sewer reticulation systems. Design and construction supervision of reinforced concrete and masonry and structural steel works. PMBOK methodology for project management: Capital works projects for local authorities as well as large developers and private clients. VOA carries out the design and construction supervision of bulk and residential sewer reticulation systems. VOA undertakes the design, construction supervision and contract administration for New Asphalt, Concrete and Gravel Roads.
